Víno vyzrievalo 3 mesiace v nerezových tankoch s riadenou teplotou a jeden mesiac vo fľaši. Hlboká rubínovo červená farba. Ovocná vôňa s dominanciou sliviek, čučoriedok, višní s ľahkým korenistým tónom škorice. V chuti je víno stredne plné s tónmi sliviek, višní a ostružín doplnené tónmi horkej čokolády. Dlhý minerálny záver. Gastro: Pečená alebo grilovaná hydina a pernatá zverina, cestoviny s hubami.
